Isles of the Blessed is built at blockbuster scale — a Nekatus world designed at ~264 km², with DLC-grade polish and Greek-myth coasts of white marble and cherry-blossom groves. It’s one of the largest and most sought-after maps in all of Ark.
Open seas reward sailing — triremes and all — while custom mythic bosses (a five-headed Hydra, Medusa, a Cyclops) and ‘Astral’ alpha variants give you genuinely new content. A built-in teleport network keeps the sheer size from ever biting.

THE LEGEND OF ISLES OF THE BLESSED
When a hero’s work was done, the old stories sent them west — past the sunset, to the Isles of the Blessed, where the brave were given rest among cherry blossom and quiet sea. The sages of the east tell it differently: their heroes sailed for Penglai, isle of the immortals, and never returned. Perhaps both fleets found the same shore. The cluster found those isles still standing, their temples intact, their guardians awake. You don’t retire here. You earn your place among the myths.

SURVIVAL TIPS
Building
Build near a teleporter node — at this scale, fast travel isn’t a luxury, it’s how you live here.
Taming
Hunt ‘Astral’ alpha variants for upgraded loot, but bring a war party — they hit as hard as they reward.
Resources
Therokis, the volcanic isle, is your best stop for Orbital Supply Drops and obsidian once you’re geared.
Navigation
Start on the Korinthos coast and save Therokis and the Pyranthos desert for later. Fast travel is built in — hold R (PC), X (Xbox) or Square (PS5) to open the teleport radial.
PvE Tips
Do the bosses in order — Thodes and Natrix first; the Manticore (flyers allowed) is the gentlest opener.
“The heroes sailed west for their rest. Then they grew restless. That is why we have bosses.”
— TEMPLE GRAFFITO, KORINTHOS
