Follow these steps to enter the cluster. All worlds are linked via cross-server travel.

Open ARK: Survival Ascended
Launch the game and wait for the main menu to finish loading.

Go to Multiplayer
Select 'Join Game' to enter the integrated server browser.

Select the Unofficial tab
This is where dedicated community clusters like Hyperborea are hosted.

Search for Hyperborea
Type 'Hyperborea' in the filter to see all 7 worlds currently online.
